The activities and tasks of TDMI, are carried out within a total quality management framework. We deliver our total quality assistance from: - A. Policies: Policies define the based frame - work with in which an organization operates. The Constitution is one of the basic policy documents. TDMI will develop other policy documents pertaining to: administrative procedures, confidentiality, equal opportunities, financial procedures, health and safety, personnel, premises and security, service provisions, and volunteer policies. B. Management Reformation System: TDMI maintains both manual and computerized information management systems. Methods of work will be quantified and qualified at each stage in the delivery of service. Recording and documenting all activities (from inquires to evaluation reports) are of a top priority.
C. Audits: TDMI provides for annual independent report of income, expenditures, and activities, undertaken by an impartial, non-relative individual not associated with the organization and having no self-serving interest in TDM International.
D. Monitoring and Evaluation: TDMI’s work is assessed and evaluated regularly to ensure our partners that the foundation is doing what it is supposed to be doing with the money it receives, and is committed to providing good service and return on their expectation.
E. Meetings: Regular meetings are held for the sharing of information, consultations, making of decisions, and for fulfilling the legal requirements of annual meetings and social support.
F. Reports: Verbal Reports to provide feedback about our work to our partners, funders, and the general public. The Annual Report is intended to cover the entire financial year communication, such as, formal and informal face-to-face and telephone conversations will be utilized on occasion, but TDMI relies primarily on the written activity report and Annual and include financial reports and audited annual accounts.
