TDM International Strategy

The Organization has identified a number of factors, which spearhead the Ministries and will enhance existing contacts and pursue new contacts both locally and abroad.

1. Networks - benefit the foundation to check on assumptions, mobilize support, deal with delicate issues and build trust.

2. Partnership-TDMI spends time searching / identifying and establishing both formal and informal arrangements as well as strengthening existing ones to enable it to achieve its aims and objectives.

3. Training- The Divine Mission International provides regular training to staff and     volunteers to enable them do their work better. The training takes the forms of individual, on - the job, practical demonstration, seminars workshop, conferences, lectures and moderate courses.

4. Sponsorship-The campaign to search / identify for funders/sponsors of our activities is an avoidable. TDMI a Christian based organization that largely depends on the success we achieve in obtaining sponsorship/ funding or in - kind support.

5. Volunteerism- TDMI strives to encourage as many people as possible to become volunteers. This will boost the human resource needs of the organization without increasing expenditure.

6. Community Business: TDMI is not for commercial business hence the money generated through community Projects is used for re -investment and for community benefit.


 7. Business plan: TDMI has established the organization’s business plan. This planning process and working document helps in defining exactly how the organization is structured .The business plan helps us with goal development performance management.
