- Governing Document: The set of rules that has to be followed in the Management and administration of TDMI is contained in the governing document called the Constitution.
Board of Directors: This is the body with the responsibility for making major decisions it has the ultimate legal responsibility currently the body comprise of five Pastors and Evangelists of greater vision.
General Secretary/Executive Director: The general secretary is the head of TDMI. He/she is conferred with the authority to take day to day decisions concerning the ministry and its work. He/ She coordinates, control and supervise all activities of all staff and volunteers.
Administrative/Finance Officer: The Administrative/Finance officer in running of the secretariat assists The Executive Director/General Secretary.
