In Mathew 18:5-6, and God said whoever shall receive one such little child in my name receives me, But whoever shall offend one of these little ones which believes me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.

In Uganda (Africa) today children are increasingly at risk of military conflicts, displacement, abuse, neglect, immorality, violence, victims of AIDS. Poverty is also suppressing normal living of numerous children in Africa.

Orphans and refugees have problems finding basic services such as Shelter, Clothing, and Food and cannot afford education or medical services. Numerous children with visual and hearing impairments cannot cope with Universal Primary Education. Also children with disabilities cannot walk the long distances to School and often drop -out

The number of children still hidden in the darkness of huts, those who face unjust treatment from family members, those who exorcism from traditional healers and those restricted from free movement by over protective Parents is yet unknown.

This Program is entrusted to protect and promote children in accordance with the Teaching of the Bible and also in accordance with the UN Convention on the Rights of the Children (using biblical ethics and doctrines). The program was developed to provide free of charge suitable Accommodation, education, medical facilities to unprivileged and vulnerable (refugee children, abused, neglected and girl children).
